Are you specialized in complaint management and looking for the next step that offers a challenging opportunity in MedTech?
Our client is currently looking for a Complaint & Vigilance Specialist that would be the first contact to review and assign incoming complaints for their respiratory diagnostics products.
Your responsibilities:
- Address complaints in accordance with relevant complaint and monitoring processes.
- Manage and assist with reportable complaints in accordance with the relevant vigilance procedure.
- Actively support process improvements.
- Improve regulatory expertise to carry out global vigilance reporting.
- Encourage the creation of a new vigilance protocol.
- Report to the Senior Complaint Manager and join a friendly, and supportive team of 4 people.
What is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or comparable education with relevant experience in the field.
- Experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of ISO 13485.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and statistical techniques.
- Very good organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in both German and English.
