One of our clients, focusing on patient monitoring & medical surgical consumables with a large product portfolio of Class I-III medical devices, is currently looking for a Design Engineer role.
This role will look after a company’s devices through the product development stage and the design documentation.
Your role will include:
- Developing product specifications taken from costumer requirements.
- Creation of detailed drawing of components and assemblies identifying critical criteria to ensure product quality.
- Development of test plans used for validation and verification activities proving design’s quality.
- Support, guidance & technical support to production teams regarding the product design.
- Identify, document, and verify critical inprocess as well as final acceptance product quality criteria.
- Liaison with customers and suppliers while upholding to companies’ great reputation and values.
Your skills & qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing setting is required.
- Ability to perform testing, collect & analyze data.
- Ability to use basic machine shop equipment is required for this position. Use of drill presses, grinding wheels, manual lathes, etc. is a must.
- Understanding basic methods of inspection is required.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
