About the Role

Global Service Marketing Manager

Our client who specializes in respiratory diagnostics is currently looking for a Global Service Marketing Manager that would support the company in generating more revenue from the aftersales service such as various upgrades, audits, and additional services. 
You would be involved in leading global projects, taking active participation in cross-functional projects, hands-on work, and strategic marketing campaigns to identify growth opportunities for the global Services portfolio.

Your tasks:
  • Lead global projects and execute training linked to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Assist in the development of new product service concepts by serving as a liaison between the product marketing team and the service/service marketing department.
  • Work cross-functionally to pinpoint our services portfolio's areas of strength and potential for expansion, paying close attention to their direct markets.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, the commercial team, and other key stakeholders to promote better customer experiences and service growth.
  • Conduct customer analysis including writing customer surveys to understand the market and identify the gap.
  • Lead commercialization activities in preparation for launching new service programs.
  • Lead service program cost analysis and pricing strategy.
  • As a subject matter expert in services and service marketing, provide advice on cross-functional projects.
  • Create sales and marketing materials, such as brochures, key message guides, objection management guides, and other sales tools, with the help of a graphic designer to promote the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing ones.
  • Create educational materials to inform the internal teams of sales, service, and marketing about new and current service offerings.
  • Initiate change orders to release new offerings for commercial sale.
  • Draft customer letters and coordinate mailings/email campaigns to communicate service program information to customers.

What is required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, business communication, management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a global role and +7 years of experience in a service marketing role/product development/strategic marketing.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Experience working with internal and external resources, such as graphic designers, writing text, editing, and directing the creative development process.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as pivot tables and data analysis.
