Clinical Research Manager

Berlin

Our client’s mission is to protect the eyesight of patients with retinal diseases. For this purpose, the international team of our client has been working closely with physicians and clinical experts worldwide for more than 10 years. They have a unique navigated laser therapy system which sets a new standard for retinal treatment. As a leader in innovation, they work to continuously expand into new application areas.

Your tasks:
  • You help us carry out clinical studies with our class IIa medical devices through.
    • Continuous advancement of our clinical strategy and subsequent study design.
    • Defining best endpoints and recruitment criteria - writing clinical trial protocols documents preparation of submissions to ethics committees with our investigators.
    • Planning and conduction the clinical trials with our investigators.
    • Supervision of data collection and analysis.
  • You drive our literature review in the team and develop manuscripts for scientific publications with our investigators, KOLs and MAB.
  • You Interact with our product development to advance our products  
  • You support our commercial team with your expertise on trade international conferences
Your profile:  
  • University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Optometry or Nursing  
  • 3+ years relevant professional experience in a clinical setting or similar function in the industry, experience in Ophthalmology is a plus!  
  • Good knowledge in regulatory requirements in medical devices (PMS, CER, MDR)  
  • Your working method is proactive, responsible and you enjoy interaction with an international team
  • You are fluent in German as well as English, both written and verbal  
  • You have a work philosophy marked by high quality standards
