- Monitor corporate operations
- Report the performance of the QM system to top management
- Establish and maintain the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Analyze non-conformance, develop measures and maintain quality statistics
- Lead quality discussion groups or working groups dealing with QM issues
- Monitor complaints handling
- Support top management with management assessment
- Serve as the customer and supplier's point of contact for Q-related issues
- Provide executives and management with quality management advice
- Coordinate audits and certifications in the company, plan and carry out audits
- Strategically align quality documentation in the company, such as monitoring the correct control and filing
- 5+ years professional experience in Quality, Risk and Internal Audit in Medical Device Industry
- Thorough knowledge of quality and risk management procedures in auditing firms (e.g. ISO 13485)
- Highly driven, capable of acting on one's own initiative, with excellent analytical skills and an agile mentality
- Strong communication, adaptability and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and German
