Our client is a young, expanding company that takes on the challenge of developing, manufacturing and distributing innovative therapy support products for use at home or in clinics. They are a leading supplier in advanced therapy for patients that suffer with respiratory insufficiency.

  • Ensure that the QM system complies with the specifications
  • Monitor corporate operations
  • Report the performance of the QM system to top management
  • Establish and maintain the continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Analyze non-conformance, develop measures and maintain quality statistics
  • Lead quality discussion groups or working groups dealing with QM issues
  • Monitor complaints handling
  • Support top management with management assessment
  • Serve as the customer and supplier's point of contact for Q-related issues
  • Provide executives and management with quality management advice
  • Coordinate audits and certifications in the company, plan and carry out audits
  • Strategically align quality documentation in the company, such as monitoring the correct control and filing
Your profile
  • 5+ years professional experience in Quality, Risk and Internal Audit in Medical Device Industry
  • Thorough knowledge of quality and risk management procedures in auditing firms (e.g. ISO 13485)
  • Highly driven, capable of acting on one's own initiative, with excellent analytical skills and an agile mentality
  • Strong communication, adaptability and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and German
