QA Test Engineer for Medical Device Software
Our client is a medical device company in Berlin, developing state-of-the-art software based on AI, allowing faster diagnosis of tumours. For their office in Berlin, they are searching for a QA Test Engineer as soon as possible.

Core Job Responsibilities
Generate test plans and carry out associated test methods based on test requirements including both hardware and software fixtures/tools to automate test platforms.
Share and transfer developed test fixtures, methods and recommended optimized test coverage to New Product Introduction.
Utilize sound engineering methods, data analysis and documentation processes to perform verification and validation reviews.
Work multi-functionally to provide hands-on system debugging in areas of electrical safety and functional performance.
Active participation in the agile development process across different teams
Be ready to work across all phases of product development lifecycle including concept generation, design, rapid prototyping, manufacturing, verification & validation, qualification, and transfer to production.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related engineering) and 2+ years of experience in a test engineer position
Shown hands-on ability to build, debug, and modify, and perform failure analysis.
Produce high quality technical documentation that is clearly understandable by internal and external personnel
Experience writing and conducting equipment validation protocols for IQ/OQ/PQ
Experience in Medical Device Design Control for IEC 60601 is a plus. Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
Experience in testing electronics in safety-critical applications
