(Senior) Project Manager
We have a unique opportunity for a (Senior) Project Manager to work with Class III high risk implantable devices with an innovative business, manufacturing revolutionary devices to treat heart valve diseases.

You would be part of an incredibly talented, forward-thinking team.

Position Purpose
The Project Manager will manage the project pipeline management to fulfill company strategy with a focus on time to market.
This position reports to the COO.


Key Responsibilities
• Create and update the Project Plan of company projects: the candidate will work with the relevant stakeholder to establish and maintain project plans, so that project activities are constantly monitored
• Identify and manage Project risks: the candidate will identify issues and propose appropriate mitigation strategies to mitigate the impact on project in terms of time, budget and outcome.
• Monitor the company Master plan projects status: the candidate will coordinate the tasks of the different projects considering critical timelines and workload
• Communicate on Project status: the candidate will provide periodical updated to the company’s top management of the project status
• Ensure Project Management is in compliance with Design Control process: the candidate will ensure the timely and proper implementation of project documentation, coordinate design review meetings and support the R&D team in maintaining the Design History File


What is Needed for Success
• Project management: min. three years of experience in management of medical devices R&D projects, ideally for class 2 or 3 medical devices
• Education: strong technical knowledge (Bachelor in Engineering or similar)
• communication: ability to communicate and cooperate with different stakeholders within the company
• Solution oriented: thinking in solutions, not in problems
• Language: fluent in English and German
• IT: MS office, familiar with software tools for project management, ideally, but not mandatory MS project
