Service Engineer
Adaptive Life Science is seeking a Field Service Engineer for an international healthcare company specializing in the development, sale, manufacture and service of medical technology.
Your tasks include:
Direct product installation at the customer, as well as repair, maintenance, and training
Efficient tour and material planning according to the given deployment plan
Work documentation and corresponding reporting with the required data
Responsibility for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and competent customer support
Communicate with customers, sales and back office about product issues, product processing, customer orders and work orders
Appropriate personal appearance at the customer's site
Remote access and remote maintenance of the customer's IT systems
What is required of you?
Completed technical training (electronics, medical technology, data processing), preferably in the field of medical technology or a comparable qualification (technician, bachelor's degree or graduate engineer)
Corresponding experience in field service with PC-based medical products and in dealing safely with customers
Strong IT skills as you will be working with software and hardware devices
Knowledge of the guidelines for medical devices and the conformity regulations for medical devices in Germany
Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
Valid driving license class 3 or B (for cars)
