Our client is a medical device company in Berlin, developing state-of-the-art software based on AI, allowing faster diagnosis of tumours. For their office in Berlin, they are searching for a Software Developer as soon as possible.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Software design and development in the area of medical technology

  • Support with software requirements engineering

  • Independent conception, design, implementation, integration, verification and development of the software

  • Standard-compliant documentation of all software development in accordance to DIN ISO 62304

  • Responsible for maintenance, changes, improvement, and expansion of the software

  • Establish a close cooperation and communication with software engineering specialists and other colleagues in R&D and RAQM


Qualifications
 
Required:

  • A Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent working experience

  • 2 to 3 years of knowledge in embedded software development for medical devices and related design control procedures

  • C# is a high-level programming language you command well

  • Preferably, you are also confident with Python

  • Experience with Agile development regarding process, tools and practices such as test-driven development

  • Ideally knowledge about relevant standards applicable to software development in the medical field (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 62366)
