About the Role

Would you like to join a dynamic healthcare company based in Berlin who are innovating through the use of AI technology, and modernising the healthcare space?

They are looking for a Team Lead of Support to join the team and support their mission!

Focuses:
  • You take the lead in designing internal processes with your colleagues and oversee our support team
  • You live the processes you oversee by working on daily operations, assisting the team in problem-solving and communication, and taking ownership of them
  • You will work with our development team and our customers to improve our products and infrastructure
  • You support your colleagues in their personal and professional development
  • You take proactive measures to help us become even faster and more efficient in supporting our customers


Experience required:
 
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Support (ideally in SaaS applications)
  • A good familiarity with Linux
  • Previous leadership experience would be a plus
  • Knowledge of radiological IT systems, such as PACS, DICOM, RIS
  • Fluency in English and German is required
