Head of Quality Management

Are you an experienced Quality Manager searching for your next challenge?

We are supporting our client, a leading manufacturer in the ophthalmic field, in their search for a Head of Quality Management for their site in Stuttgart.

Focuses:
  • Overseeing the Quality & Regulatory Affairs team (6 colleagues)
  • Maintenance and further development of the Quality Management System, in accordance with ISO 13485 and applicable standards
  • Monitoring of and ensuring compliance to quality standards
  • Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits
  • Overseeing training of employees with quality topics
Experience required:
  • A degree in the medical/engineering field
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Management (within the healthcare/medical device sector)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and medical device standards (e.g. ISO 13485 EU-MDR, ISO 14971)
  • Fluency in English and German
